Les Entretiens Uni-Net inc. (“Uni-Net”, “we”) operates uni-net.ca. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Information we collect

When you request a price or write to us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property address and a description of the requested services. While you browse, cookies may collect anonymized usage data — only with your consent.

Why we collect it

We use this information to: prepare and send you a quote; schedule and carry out mandates; reach you about an ongoing request; and measure site traffic to improve it. We never sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Cookiebot to manage your consent and Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. No analytics cookie is set before you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Forms are operated by Zoho; submitted information is processed there so we can answer your request.

Retention and protection

Your information is kept as long as needed for the purposes above, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. Access is limited to people who need it for their duties.
