Gutter cleaning.

Three levels

• Essential: clean-out of eavestroughs and box gutters, downspout strainers and grates cleared, a flow test on each downspout, and debris collected.
• Comfort Plus: everything in Essential, plus a pressure rinse of downspouts and elbows, the surfaces and walls below the gutters rinsed, and the before-and-after photo report, by facade.
• Expert Pro: gutter guards installed by the linear foot, made in Québec. In aluminum, a roll arched over the gutter, no screws; in double-layer aluminum, screwed over the existing gutter.

The supplier

• Four trades, one supplier: windows, ventilation, high access and floors.
• $5M liability insurance.
• Same-day quote when a site visit is needed.

The mechanism

See inside your gutters.

From Comfort Plus, a GoPro camera at the end of a carbon pole photographs the inside of your gutters, before and after the cleaning. You see the work, without anyone climbing on the roof.

The cleaning

We blow or vacuum the debris, depending on the type of debris and gutter. The downspouts are tested.

Gutter guards

Two models, made in Québec: an aluminum roll arched over the gutter, no screws, or a double-layer aluminum screwed over the existing gutter. Manufacturer’s warranty on the product.
