- Essential: exterior window washing, a pure-water rinse, residue-free, mechanical removal of spider webs, window frames and surrounds, and a brush wash.
- Comfort Plus: everything in Essential, plus the interior face of the windows, washed with pure water, residue-free, and the interior frames, tracks vacuumed as we go.
- Expert Pro: everything in Comfort Plus, plus the front facade brushed, vinyl or aluminum, exterior light fixtures, garage and entry doors, railings, soffits, canopy and mezzanine.
We also clean skylights, glass railings, garage doors and storm windows.

Why pure water.
A streak on a window is the minerals in the water, left on the glass as it dries. Our filtration system removes them before washing: pure water dries with no residue, so no streaks.
Soap leaves a film on the glass, while pure water leaves none. Washing is done without soap: with no residue, dust has nothing to cling to, and the glass stays clean longer.
The treatments, optional
Unlike washing, the anti-scale and hydrophilic treatments use a product.
The hydrophilic treatment: on hydrophobic glass, rain beads up, and each drop dries with its dirt. Once treated, the glass becomes hydrophilic: water no longer beads, it sheets off, and no dried dirt drops are left after the rain.
