Residential ventilation cleaning.
Three levels
- Essential: supply and return ducts, boots emptied, negative-pressure extraction with HEPA filtration, the blower cleaned, a new filter supplied and installed, and before-and-after photos provided.
- Comfort Plus: everything in Essential, plus the dryer duct, from the connection to the outside flap, the exhaust ducts of 2 bathrooms, and an airflow test after cleaning.
- Expert Pro: everything in Comfort Plus, plus the air exchanger (HRV), its filters, core, tray and drain, the exterior hoods and dedicated ducts, and a camera inspection of the network, report provided.
Wall-mounted heat pump, per unit: removal, filters, condensate pan and coil washing.
