Home / Area C2 — Ventilation & air quality

Whatever your system accumulates, your occupants breathe.

Ducts, wall units, air exchangers. Every job ends with a photo report: you see what came out of your ducts.

The mechanism

You can’t clean what you can’t see. So we show it to you.

Dust, dander, renovation debris: everything that enters a ventilation network eventually recirculates. Cleaning is done by suction and mechanical brushing, vent by vent, all the way to the central unit.

Our technicians are trained by the highest-rated ventilation firm in the Quebec City region. And Uni-Net holds the mandate, the insurance, the report and the warranty.

  • Before/after photo report of your ducts, every visit
  • Optional network disinfection with DIN-registered products
  • Dryer duct and range hood handled in the same visit
Services in this area

Air exchangers, dryer, hoods

The circuits everyone forgets — and that clog everything else. Done during the same visit, at a small add-on price.

Frequently asked questions
How often should ducts be cleaned?

Every 3 to 5 years in normal use; sooner after renovations, with pets, or if an odour persists when the system starts.

How long does it take?

Half a day for a typical home. The system is usable as soon as we leave.

Why no published price grid?

Because the right price depends on your system and vent count. The online path asks you 4 questions and produces your price — yours, not an average.

Breathe. We’ll handle the rest.

Four questions about your system, and your price appears.
